REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days of purchase for Trinidad customers and ten (10) days for Tobago customers.
The cost of return and delivery fees is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Refunds are also another course of redress but only within the following circumstances:
1. Manufacturer’s Defect – You will have the choice of a refund or equal exchange once returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
2. All returns and exchange items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
Refunds are done by ACH and will be processed within 2-4 working days of request deadline (within 7 days of receipt and return of item).
After this time, refund or return claims will not be entertained. Please note, Fashion Fads is under no obligation to accept a return because a client has “changed their mind”, or “ordered the wrong item” or “no longer wants the item”.
Returns and/or exchanges on sale items will not be accepted. Also, lingerie, swimwear and intimates will not be accepted for health and safety reasons. These are final sale items.
